Blackman held it’s annual Pre-Season tournament again this year and based on all the great wrestling that was seen, it was a giant success! 15 teams from Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky converged on Blackman High School to get their iron sharpened one final time before embarking on their wrestling seasons. Thanks to the coaches and wrestlers from Franklin, Tullahoma, Coffee County, Hendersonville, Oakland, Smyrna, Riverdale, Stewarts Creek, Warren County, Wayne County (KY), Forrest, Eagleville, Centennial, & Lebanon for bringing your teams to Murfreesboro and helping everyone get better!
Blackman looked very promising as we have lots of new guys on the team. Many of them are new to wrestling and more than a handful have significant experience on the mat. The future is looking bright at Blackman High School Wrestling!
