Blackman wrestlers competed in the annual Bradley Invitational down in Cleveland, TN and our guys put in a lot of work and had a solid tournament. Last season, Blackman placed a disappointing 11th overall, so this year we were determined to step things up.
Led by 152 pound Tyler Garrison, the Blaze placed 5th overall as a team with 121 points and five medalists: Tyler Garrison (1st), Josh Feuerbacher (2nd), Michael Brobeck (4th), Matthew Sells (4th), Austin Wells (5th). The Bradley tournament is not an easy one and lessons were learned by all.
To win in February when it counts, you have to take some licks along the way.
